Public tender regulations
In agreement with arranged in the article 1.4 of the Royal Decree - law 9/2009, of June 26, by which there is created the Fund for Orderly Bank Restructuring, they will not be of application the procedure that regulate, between others, the regime of contracting of the public operations dependent or linked to the General Administration of the State, except for what it concerns to the external inspection of the Account court.
The contractual activity of the FROB, which is ruled for Basic Regulation of contracting (NB 1/2009), approved by the Governing Committee, September 24 2009, is celebrated in regime of private law and is fastened to the beginning of concurrence, equality of treatment, not discrimination, mutual recognition, proportionality, transparency and advertising.
