Applicable law

As of 9 March 2018, with the entry into force of the Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts the contractual activity of the FROB is ruled by the provisions established in the aforementioned Law for Public Administrations.

On the other hand, in accordance with the first Transitional Provision of the Law 9/2017, the procurement procedures initiated prior to its entry into force are governed by the Internal Contracting Rules of the FROB.

Notice of invitation to tender

In accordance with the Commission's Interpretative Communication (2006/C 179/02) on the Community law applicable to the award of contracts not or only partially covered by the public procurement Directives, the opening of the procedure for the procurement of legal advice services to the FROB is published for the actions it is entitled to take for the best defence of the Kingdom of Spain in an international arbitration procedure.
