Governance
FROB will be governed and administered by a Governing Committee consisting of eleven members:
- The Chairperson
- Four members designated by Banco de España, one of whom will be the Deputy Governor, who will act as Vice-Chair of the Governing Committee
- Three representatives of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation
, designated by the Minister, at least Director General level
- The Vice-Chair of the Spanish Securities Market Regulator (CNMV)
- Two representatives of the Ministry of the Finance and Civil Service, designated by the Minister, at least Director General level
Also attending the Governing Committee meetings, with the right to speak but not to vote, will be a representative designated by the Auditor General and another by the Attorney General – Director of the State Legal Service.
