Contracts excluded from LCSP

In accordance with the Commission’s Interpretative Communication (2006/C 179/02) on the Community law applicable to the award of contracts not or only partially covered by the public procurement Directives, the opening of the procedure for the procurement of legal advice services to the FROB is published for the actions it is entitled to take for the best defence of the Kingdom of Spain in an international arbitration procedure.
