Access to public information
Law 19/2013 of 9 December 2013 on transparency, access to public information and good governance (Transparency Law) aims at extending and reinforcing the transparency of public activity as a way to facilitate control of public activities, recognizing and guaranteeing access to information and establishing the obligations of good governance that public authorities must comply with.
In the exercise of its duties and activities, FROB approaches transparency regime from two different perspectives: active publication and the citizens’ right of access to public information.
- Active publication of relevant information in order to guarantee the transparency of its public activity.
- The right of access of citizens to public information. Request for access to information is offered through FROB Electronic Office.
Both the information subject to the obligations of active publication and the relevant information on the exercise of the right of access is published in this section of the Transparency Portal.
