Following its mandate to maximize efficiency in the use of public funds, FROB has gradually sold its shares in credit institutions that resulted from its actions in the period from 2009 to 2013. As of today, FROB remains the owner of a 100% direct participation in BFA and is the main shareholder of Sareb.
