Register of data processing activities

Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, on its Article 31.2, establishes that FROB, as a subject of those listed in article 77.1 of said Law, will make public a registry of its processing activities accessible by electronic means, which shall contain the information established in article 30 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and its legal basis.
