Preliminary market consultation

In accordance with the provisions of Article 115 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, FROB has published a preliminary market consultation regarding the strategic advisory service for the preparation and/or execution of resolution schemes. The deadline for responses is 28 February 2025. More information is available on the Public Sector Procurement Platform.
